REVIEW: Roots Collective Vegetable Blends

REVIEW: Roots Collective Vegetable Blends

Silly season is here and that means carbs, booze, carbs, and did we mention booze? Time to think about offsetting some of those calories (because if you think we’re cutting back on ANY food and drink in December, you’re very wrong).

Roots Collective are a brand new, super versatile snack option, a nutrient-dense, 80% cold-pressed vegetable blend that can be enjoyed cold as a drink or warmed up to make a quick soup. We tried five flavours  and they’re smoothie-like in texture – dense but not too gloopy. Some are more fiery than others (the Carrot Zing has a real kick, as does the Asian Sling) and they’re great for stopping mid-afternoon hunger pangs when it’s time to reach for a biscuit. These have the Fashionbite seal of approval (and your personal trainer’s, too).

PRICE: £2.95 per bottle
