NEW OPENING: Origins Of, Spitalfields
Tomorrow sees the grand opening of new concept restaurant Origins Of, an awesome new kitchen takeover in London’s Spitalfields market, just along from Liverpool Street station.
Hosted at the independently run venue Blessing’s from April 7th, creators Abdulla Amin and Hugo Toland’s hope to inspire and educate with incredible Middle Eastern-inspired flavours – expect the likes of spice-infused fried chicken, buttermilk soaked cauliflower florets and a vibrant twist on the classic falafel.
Served dressed on mini charred flat breads, as a basket or sharing platters with a selection of sauces like a spicy Scotch Bonnet Mayo and fresh Sweet Chilli.
Hoping to blend old and new with a delightful array of finger food, the restaurant’s aiming high – and we’ll be there tonight to get the full low down.
