Summer Holiday Essentials: What To Pack?
Looking for inspiration on what to pack for your summer holidays? I’ve been checking out Lyst, which partners with over 12,000 brands, enabling you to create Pinterest-style boards and shop directly from them. A great way to put together looks, mood boards and get inspiration before buying.
I’m heading off to Tuscany soon, so I created a Lyst board of Summer Holiday Essentials. It’s all about the capsule wardrobe when packing for a holiday, so as long as you have the key items (bikini, sandals, sunglasses, beach bag and towel, hat, day play suit, evening dress and of course some gorgeous summer accessories) you should be fine. A taster below, but check out my full Lyst on the link above.
The cool think about Lyst is it also recognises your shopping behaviour and what you like/don’t like, so you won’t be shown brands that you don’t. The more you use it, the better it understands this too.
The downside of a lot of big fashion retailers, I find, is you end up trawling through hundreds of items to reach the brands or pieces that you love, so being able to be shown an edit from the beginning is a great function. Lyst will also let you know when items you’ve liked go on sale, which means you can be first to store with the discounts too!
