7 Of The Best Baby Fashion Brands
With a 9 month old daughter Livia (pictured), I’m finding myself becoming mildly obsessed with baby fashion brands and there are some gorgeous labels out there. From the high street to more premium, I thought I’d highlight seven of my favourite…
Petit Bateau
Bright and stylish, I literally want to dive into this shop and buy up everything (if it were not for the price tag). A luxury French brand with a cool, nautical edge it has beautiful prints and accessories too (pictured below) – great for that statement party dress. www.petit-bateau.co.uk
Elfie
Set-up by a sister duo, this quintessentially British baby brand takes inspiration from the founders’ childhood, with fairytale nostalgia in colourful fabrics and tweeds. If you’re looking for a sweet floral little girl’s tee dress, look no further. www.elfielondon.com
Jasper J Conran
Traditional in feel and beautifully designed, the Jasper J Conran baby collection at Debenhams is full of delightful pieces, with a smart, clean aesthetic. www.debenhams.com/designers/jasper-conran
Boden
Known for its bold palette and clashing fabrics, Boden’s gorgeous baby range is a blast of primary colours, contrasting prints and quirky linings. This is a brand you can really have fun with. Every time Livia wears a Boden outfit (pictured below) people comment on it. www.boden.co.uk
JoJo Maman Bebe
The quality of the fabric really shines through with JoJo Maman Bebe, along with its lovely designs. I have baby gro’s from the brand and they are made to last, the colour doesn’t fade with washing which is great with a newborn. www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk
Marks & Spencer
I’ve been really impressed with the M&S baby collection and have bought lots from their range. Shopping around, it’s clear they take inspiration from some of the more premium baby brands, but they still manage to put their own twist on the design and ensure good quality fabrics at great prices too. www.marksandspencer.com
BEST NAPPY BAG: Healthy Back Bag Company
I couldn’t do a round-up of baby fashion brands without also talking about nappy bags, as it’s probably one of the most used items. Mama’s and Papa’s have an excellent selection, but I find the standard record bag style is great for hanging off the end of a buggy but not great for the back, particularly if you’ve got your baby in a sling all day.
I was sent a black cross body baby bag (pictured above) by the Healthy Back Bag Company and I have to say it’s been absolutely brilliant. Not only does the colour mean it takes the odd scuff and vomit, without looking tatty, it’s actually so comfortable to wear.
When I have Livia in a Baby Bjorn or sling, the bag helps even out the weight distribution from front to back and means I can last a lot longer when we’re out and about. The style is also very unisex, so works well for my partner too. www.thehealthybackbag.co.uk

Your baby girl is soo cute – I can’t believe she’s already 9months since I last read your pregnant article! Bless her – she’s the best model for all these adorable baby clothes and I have to say Boden is the cutest outfit for her..xxx
