Where To Head If You’re A Foodie? Brockley Market
A few stops on from Hoxton on the East London line, you’ll find a delicious foodie haven every Saturday (10-2pm), with South East London’s answer to Borough, the award-winning Brockley Market.
Described as a “cooler version of Borough” by Elle Magazine, it keeps it real with a mix of locals, hipster students and young couples/ families.
An abundance of locally sourced produce, fruit, veg, meat, cheeses, artisan bread, charcuterie and the most delicious smelling stands selling everything from freshly made lamb wraps to stone baked pizza and marmalade glazed ham ciabatta rolls line the concrete car park space, transforming it into a foodie’s heaven. If you’ve got the hangover hunger, this is the only place to be on a Saturday morning!
