During Paris Fashion Week, I was lucky enough to be invited to stay at the beautiful San Regis Hotel, nestled just off the Champs-Élysées and within a short walking distance from all the key Fashion Week show areas. (Read about my Paris Fashion Week experience HERE >)

If you imagine Carrie Bradshaw in Paris, she would be staying at the San Regis. This glorious hotel is steeped in Parisian history and, along with the City itself, sweeps you up in its whimsical, romantic embrace.

French Renaissance furniture adorned the room and textured wallpaper, with thick-set draped curtains, only added to the opulent feel.

The high ceiling gave a feeling of space and the bathroom was a haven of cool marble. The products (always a favourite of mine) were – of course – Hermès.

The wallpaper was a feature throughout the hotel and every floor was decorated in a different style, really adding to the character of the place.

Breakfast in the morning was a delicious choice of Parisian treats. I opted for a freshly squeezed orange juice, bowl of fruit berries and a steaming mug of coffee to set me up for the day.
