Outdoor Rocket Yoga? Friday night’s just got healthy…

If you’re hoping to tone up before holiday, but like us get quickly bored in a gym, then head over to Covent Garden for some outdoor after work yoga…Friday night’s just got healthy!

For the next month, join Yotopia for al fresco yoga classes in St Martin’s Courtyard, Covent Garden. Rocket Yoga is the latest style of yoga to hit the UK, straight from California and Yotopia is the only studio in the UK currently offering Rocket Yoga classes.

Yotopia says “starting with sun salutations in the open air then, the class will then take you through traditional asanas, vinyasas and arm-balances, breaking down some of the rules of traditional Ashtanga and making yoga accessible to everyone.” The Rocket is a style of yoga developed by Larry Schultz of It’s Yoga, San Francisco and it gets you moving, sweating, breathing and flowing for a good workout.

Classes are being hosted by Yotopia’s Marcus Veda, every Friday 5.15-6.30pm in St Martin’s Courtyard.

Yotopia says some mats will be provided, but bring your own if you have one to avoid disappointment.  No booking required, just turn up before the start of the class.
