Say Hello To Jax Coco: Stella McCartney’s Favourite Drink…

Jax Coco water

Liz Hurley and Sophie Ellis-Bextor can’t stop tweeting about it, music legend Elton John is a co-owner and Stella McCartney’s husband Alasdhair Willis designed the chic glass bottle packaging. It’s fair to say, Hong Kong based coconut water brand Jax Coco (£2.20) is really making waves in the world of posh water.

Here at FashionBite we’re all for trying to live cleaner and healthier lives, but it’s no secret that life often manages to get in the way. If you regularly manage to see your boyfriend, friends, family, get your work done on time AND hit the gym three times a week, we salute you – but when we’re trying to tick all those boxes, the gym and any healthy resolutions are the first to bite the dust. In light of this, we love hearing about angelic new products that do nothing but good for our poor, mistreated bodies and were delighted to hear about Jax Coco, the new health drink being lauded by the stars.

We know it’s no quick fix, but a 100% pure product packed full of be-good-to-yourself ingredients (essential electrolytes Magnesium, Sodium, Phosphorous, Potassium and Calcium being just a few) can’t be bad. Sourced directly from the Philippines, the holy water contains Lauric acid, which supports the immune system by removing toxins and increasing the digestive tract’s ability to absorb nutrients.

Most interestingly, coconut water shares the same electrolytic balance as human blood, therefore providing optimum hydration for the body. Naturally free from fat, gluten, cholesterol and preservatives, Jax Coco is low in calories, too – a 200ml glass contains around 40 – check that against your favourite fruit juice and you’ll soon be giving this a try. Hey, if Stella’s a fan…
