Making Christmas Shopping Bearable

How great life would be if you could always go out on a buying frenzy with awesome shopping vouchers. Especially now that Christmas is coming up and you urgently need the right presents for friends, family and colleagues. If you’re the type of person who likes to give gifts to your loved ones (as well as yourself!), why not do it with Groupon – a website that offers vouchers for all sorts of exciting and fabulous things.

To cope with the cold, dark winter weather, you could consider visiting a tanning shop, to give you that much-needed sunshine boost. Or if you’re looking for a fashionable gift on your shopping spree, check out some suggestions for both men and women below.

MEN…

A classic accessory for men is the winter hat, from fedoras, bowlers and Ski caps – you can’t go wrong with this as a gift. Anything goes with geometric patterns in taupe, grey and other subtle colours. Bright blue is always fun and black of course for that minimalist look which goes with everything. If a hat is not your thing, you can’t go wrong with a classic leather wallet in brown or if he’s gadget mad and you want to splash out a new i-Pad will go down a storm.

WOMEN…

For ladies, don’t be afraid of putting on some colour! The perfect way to brighten up a winter outfit is by throwing on a colourful scarf, it helps keep you warm too. If your preference is black though, pick up on this season’s hot Gothistyles with some metallic jewellery and a splash of black velvet…very film Noir. Otherwise, scented candles, body lotions and bath oils are always a winner.

Whatever you’re looking for, if you start early then Christmas shopping can be lots of fun and there’s no last minute panic on Christmas Eve!
