Kate Moss: The Book (Out November!)

Kate Moss: The Book (Out November!)

Possibly the most fashionable book to ever hit our shelves, a retrospective of Kate Moss’s impressive body (of work!) is to be published this November.

Fans of Kate will catch a rare glimpse into the world of the supermodel, who has maintained a virtual media silence since she began her career.

Edited by publisher Jefferson Hack, Kate’s former partner and father of her child Lila, the book promises to be a carefully compiled edit of Kate’s best work, which she had a hand in picking.

Casting director and close friend Jess Hallett helped Kate choose the images to be included, which range from her first shoot for The Face with Corinne Day in 1990, to campaigns and editorials shot by some of the world’s best fashion photographers, from Juergen Teller to Karl Lagerfeld. Also included are some of Moss’s most iconic campaigns, including Calvin Klein in the ’90s and Rimmel make up.

Aside from Taschen’s Kate Moss by Mario Testino, no coffee table book on Moss has ever been released, and this will span her entire career including her design work for Topman and Longchamp. The book aims to capture everything she has done, “from model to fashion designer, and muse to icon”.

Kate: The Kate Moss Book will be published on November 6 by Rizzoli, and we can’t wait to see it!
