Planning A Holiday? Last Minute Beauty Items For The flight!

Planning A Holiday? Last Minute Beauty Items For The flight!

Beauty Reporter: Marianne Gray

June 2012 is reportedly the wettest June since records began and, so far, no one can tell what’s in store for July! So, if you have an escape planned this summer now would be an excellent time to start day-dreaming and planning – which is exactly what we’ve been doing here at FashionBite, starting with a list of beauty must-haves for any flight!

Simple, Kind To Skin Replenishing Rich Moisturiser, FashionBite

Moisturiser – Keep skin hydrated and sun-ready with a small (remember those restrictions) bottle of good moisturiser. Simple’s Hydrating Light Moisturiser is great and even comes in travel size!

Benetint by Benefit, FashionBiteLipBalm – Avoid dry lips by using a gentle lip balm throughout your flight. Go for a coloured one like Benetint by Benefit  to make a real impact at the arrivals gate.

YSL Touche Eclat, FashionBiteConcealer – Used to cover tell-tale bags after a long flight, then apply to the inner corner of the eye for an instant brightening effect. Touche Éclat is the crème de la crème of concealers, and from my experience it is – pick one up at the airport duty free too!

Dove Visible Effects Hand Cream, FashionBiteHand Cream – Not the most confident flyer in the world,  I often find myself nervously rubbing my hands together during a flight and agitating those seated next to me. I have found applying a bit of hand cream first helps look a little less crazy, but also prevents dry skin. Dove Visible Effects leaves hands instantly soft and smells amazing – very soothing.

Face Mist – The Body Shop’s Vitamin E Face Mist is refreshing, moisturizing and even sets make-up, plus it makes you look like you should be flying first class.
