FashionBite at LUISAVIAROMA, FlorenceI popped into the most fabulous designer store in Florence whilst on holiday, LUISAVIAROMA. My Mum and I spent the good part of a late Tuscan afternoon rifling through the rails and admiring the amazing decor, which featured oversized stag antlers and stuffed bears! But what I loved more than anything was the fantastic and varied brand mix. If you love your designer gear, you will love this shop!

I was also delighted to see emerging designers such as Jean-Pierre Braganza – I’ve seen him show with OnOff at London Fashion Week for the last few seasons – alongside upcoming Brit names such as Gareth Pugh and Mark Fast.LUISAVIAROMA, FashionBite

The store has been around since the ’30’s and stocks over 100 designer collections from the likes of Chloè, Dior Homme, Dolce & Gabbana, Dsquared, Lanvin, Christian Louboutin, Moncler, as well as established and emerging Brit brands and more niche European labels.

Other brands, such as Levi’s Strauss and Lacoste, often create exclusive limited edition products just for LUISAVIAROMA. I spotted some fab Easytone Reebok sneakers whilst there, which are exclusive to the store.

The 3-storey boutique also features oversized touch-screen computers showcasing its online shop and huge plasma screens displaying graphic art installations. This fashion store is a must-see if you’re in Florence!
