Shoppers to spend £120m online on Christmas day

Shoppers are expected to spend £120m online on Christmas day, compared to £102m last year.

The IMRG, which measures online sales, said around 4.3 million people are expected to spend an average of £27.90 each tomorrow as they kick-start their Sales shopping early and hunt for the bargains.

However, Boxing day is predicted to be the busiest online shopping day of the year, as the Sales really launch into full swing. See Fashionbite’s guide to shopping the January Sales for some useful tips.

I’ll definitely be in the latter category as I’m spending tomorrow with the family, eating/drinking far too much and playing random games…can’t wait!
